Our Sips and Sisterhood Sessions are coming to a café near you in SACRAMENTO! Show up in your comfiest PJ's (we won't judge!). We're talkin' coffee (or tea! or whatever you love!), connection, and zero pressure to adult — unless you want to! No awkward name tags, no forced small talk, just real convos and caffeine highs... think of it as a mini support group, but with better snacks and no one judging your drink order!

We try to gather once a month... It's up to you whether you pop in for 10 minutes or stay the whole time — you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and uplifted. Grab a cup of your favorite hot or cold beverage and a snack, pull up a chair, and join us for a great chat! After all, sometimes what we really need is a hug in a mug and someone who understands... the best support comes one sip at a time.
