This discussion invites birthmothers to explore identity beyond the role of adoption—who we are as whole people, not defined by a single experience. We’ll reflect on how adoption may shape, but does not solely define, our sense of self, and how identity can shift over time. Together, we’ll create space to talk about reclaiming parts of ourselves, integrating grief and growth, and honoring the many roles, strengths, and stories that make up who we are today—at our own pace, in our own way.
